This recipe is proof that a dish doesn’t have to be fancy to be impressive at a party. And it’s so easy and quick that even young kids can make it mostly by themselves. With a little help from a grown-up to melt the chocolate, it’s just a matter of creating layers of kettle corn, mini marshmallows, and artfully (or not!) drizzled chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Want to get fancy? You can make the marshmallows yourself (recipe coming soon!) and\/or you can make your own kettle corn. Each of those requires a bit or a lot more help from a grown-up, though homemade marshmallows are so, so, so, so much better than store-bought. But store-bought is perfectly good for this recipe.<\/p>\n\n\n
